The Ministry of Reconciliation: Making a Difference (Apr 2003)

This teaching by John Lynn defines the "ministry of reconciliation" committed to each and every Christian, and shows that it is much more than witnessing to a Buddhist on a bus stop. Drawing the analogy to how white blood cells in the human body go to help an injured part, it shows the healing power of relationships possible in the Body of Christ. Each Christian is called (and equipped) to help others reverse the behavioral effects of our sin nature and be more reconciled to God and to one another. Powerfully dissecting Matthew 18:15-20, it shows that, though it might be painful, godly "confrontation" is totally positive and is the indispensable hallmark of truly intimate relationships.
